A proclamation issued by the Polish Zionist Revisionists was confiscated today by authorities on the ground that it contained anti-Hitler declarations.
Before the Polish government signed a treaty with the Hitler regime, attacks on the Nazi government and leaders were permitted. Since then and since the visit of Propaganda Minister Goebbels to Warsaw, all anti-Hitler statements in the newspapers have been rigorously suppressed. During the Goebbels visit Warsaw Yiddish newspapers frequently appeared with wide blank spaces where censors had deleted prohibited anti-Hitler sentiments.
