Poland’s prime minister announced the creation of a Jewish Museum in Warsaw. Speaking Thursday to the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish organizations, Leszek Miller said the Museum of the History of Polish Jews will be built on the site of the old Jewish Quarter in Warsaw and will showcase the Jewish community that once flourished in Poland. The museum is expected to open in four or five years.
