Poles who were forced to work as slave laborers for the Nazis may sue Germany for more than $1 billion in compensation, according to the German news magazine Der Spiegel. The move comes as Germany is considering the creation of a compensation fund in the wake of class-action lawsuits filed by former slave laborers.
