The Palestinian, 19 was carrying a knife and two suicide notes declaring that he would be a martyr for the Palestinian cause when officers arrested him Monday morning.
The West Bank was ordered closed for Rosh Hashanah after ten specific terrorist warnings and dozens of general warnings of possible terror attacks, Ynet reported. Only Palestinians in need of humanitarian and medical aid will be authorized to cross through checkpoints in the West Bank during the closure, according to the IDF spokesman.
