Police Halt Anti-jewish Riots at German Resort

Serious anti-Jewish riots were perpetrated yesterday at the resort Harzburg, Hanover.

Twenty two members of the National Socialist Party who came from Hanover, distributed pogrom literature in Harzburg and attacked Jewish residents and guests. An attack was made on Solomon’s department store, where the windows were smashed and several persons injured. The police arrested five of the hooligans.
