Police Raid on Wilno Student Home Nets Riots Evidence

Incriminating documents dealing with anti-Jewish riots in universities were discovered last night in a police raid on a Polish student home in Wilno. Two Nationalist students were arrested.

A meeting of Polish students scheduled to be held in Wilno was prohibited by the rector at the last minute.

In Cracow Nationalist students at the Academy of Arts and the Engineering Institute decided to introduce the “Aryan paragraph.”

A Lodz court sentenced a Nationalist, Tadeush Poniawski, to twelve years’ imprisonment for the murder of two Lodz Jews last Nov. 9.

Two Nationalists were sentenced by a Kielce court to three-and-a-half years’ imprisonment each for the murder of a Jewish merchant named Kirshenbaum.
