One lone policeman thwarted the efforts of the Ocean Front Division of the Anti-Nazi Minute Men to burn German-made goods on Brighton Beach avenue late Saturday night.
Abraham Rabinowitz, proprietor of the ladies specialty shop at 715 Brighton Beach Avenue, willingly gave his old stock of German goods to Edward Roman, commander of the Ocean Front post, to destroy in front of his store.
Roman announced that the goods would be burned this evening, that is, if the policeman is not stationed in front of the store.
