In accordance with instructions from Warsaw, the Polish Consul-General is making diplomatic efforts to save two Jewish youths with Polish citizenship sentenced to death by the Haifa military court for firing on an Arab bus, it was learned today. Prayers in behalf of the condemned were offered during Shevuoth services in all synagogues.
