The government-controlled publishing cooperative–“Czytelnik”–will soon take over publication of the official organ of the Jewish Central Committee, “Dos Naye Leben,” as well as the Yiddish-language weekly, “Folk Shtime,” which is issued by the United Workers Party–Mapam-it was learned here today. Czytelnik will also assume control of the “Yiddish Buch” publishing house which to date has issued 25 volumes of contemporary Polish Jewish writing.
