Opposition quarters tonight predicted an early reshuffle in Premier Felician Slawoj-Skladkowski’s Cabinet in order to give a more authoritarian turn to the Government, especially on the minorities question. According to these sources, the Premier will relinquish his interior portfolio to Gen. Janusz Gluckowski, Vice-Minister of War, or Col. Joseph Wenda, chief of the general staff of the Camp of National Union (Government Party). At the same time Wojciech Swietoslawski would resign as minister of religions and education.

Similar rumors have been current in the past, but this time they are regarded as significant because of a tendency in the national union camp toward a more totalitarian policy.
