Judge Haus Meher of the Frankfurt court, with two state prosecutors and three defense lawyers, has been granted permission by the Polish Government to visit the site of the former Nazi death camp at Auschwitz. Their purpose is to gather evidence in connection with the trial of former “Kapos” concentration camp guards selected from the camp inmates–who are charged with war crimes and are to go on trial soon.
