Ten hooligans who were arrested last March for attacking Jewish stall-holders during the annual market day in the township of Yablonova, in Pomerania, were sent to prison today by the District Court sitting in Brodnica. Michael Niewiadomski was sentenced to 3½ years’ hard labour; Juliana Stub to 3 years’ hard labour, Magdalen Yablonovska to 1½ years’ hard labour and the rest to six months’ hard labour, with the exception of one, Herman Kievski, who was given three months.
