A conference of Jewish students’ homes has elected a “United Anti-Ghetto Committee,” including members of various political parties, to organize a fight against segregation of Jewish students in Polish educational institutions. The committee will contact democratic professors, seeking their active support for students who refuse to occupy officially sanctioned “ghetto benches.”
The conference also decided to send 15 delegates to the World Congress of Jewish students, which will be held in Geneva on Aug. 18 and 19.
