Several hundred Jews whose relatives remained in Poland today demonstrated at the Hakiryah, seat of the Government here, demanding action by the Foreign Ministry to bring their relatives to Israel.
A delegation from the demonstrators was received in the Foreign Ministry by Dr. Leon Kubovy, Israel’s Minister to Poland and Czechoslovakia, who is now in Tel Aviv. Dr. Kubovy has been summoned home by the Israel Government for consultation on problems concerning Jewish emigration from the countries to which he is accredited, and on other problems affecting Israel’s relations with the two countries.
