Three of the five defendants being tried by a military court in Cracow for participating in anti-Jewish riots there last August were found guilty today and sentenced to varying terms of imprisonment.
The chief defendant, a Pole named Soltys, was sentenced to seven and onehalf years, and the others to two and three years respectively. Two of the defendants were acquitted.
