The Ministers of the Interior and of Foreign Affairs and other members of the Government and high officials have sent messages of congratulation to the Polish Maccabee organisation on the achievement of its team, which has come first in the Palestine Maccabiade. The Foreign Ministry has also sent a telegram direct to the team in Palestine.
A committee of important persons has been formed here to arrange a big public reception for the victors when they return.
