A number of anti-Semitic incidents in various parts of Western Poland was reported in Polish newspapers arriving here today.
Trybuna Ludu, the Communist newspaper, reported that a Jewish child was beaten by several Poles. When the police came they helped the Poles escape.
Other newspapers report a riot in Waldenberg which began between a Jewish salesman in a store and several drunks. In Stettin a group of movie actors picked on a Jewish couple in the Orbis Restaurant and beat them. A waiter who attempted to help the Jews was manhandled.
