The Polish Government-in-exile today started registration of all war refugees from Belgium and The Netherlands who hold Polish passports.
Interior Minister Georges Mandel paid a week-end Visit to an isolation center for refugees at the Buffalo Stadium in suburban Montrouge. Many of the refugees housed there are being shipped to interior points where they are assigned to various public works and to field projects. The food and treatment accorded the refugees, it was ascertained, is giving them no cause for complaint.
