It was learned from unofficial sources today that the Polish-German negotiations in Berlin on the property of Polish Jews deported from the Reich and those still residing here have been broken off owing to the failure to reach agreement on the proportion of wealth to remain in Germany. The Reich held out for 80 per cent of the total involved, it was reported.
