A protest meeting by the students of the Warsaw University, the Polytechnic and the Agricultural College, was held by permission of the University authorities.

The speakers repeated the contentions that had contributed so much to bringing about the excesses, emphasizing that it was Jewish action that had provoked the Lemberg occurrences.

Resolutions were adopted calling for an economic boycott of the Jews and the introduction of a numerus clausus in the Universities as well as the imposition of the death sentence on the murderer of Grotkowski, the Polish student who met his death in a drunken brawl.

It may be recalled that four Jews were originally arrested on suspicion of being implicated in the student’s death, but were subsequently released.
