The distribution of an election campaign manifesto containing anti-Semitic propaganda is a legal procedure which cannot be stopped by police order, the Posen court ruled.

The authorities had prohibited the distribution of a proclamation issued by the Polish National Democratic Party in Posen entitled “The Jewish Invasion of Poland.” Party leaders appealed to the court against the police order.

Rabbi Stephen S. Wise will address 1,000 Hadassah members at a $50-aplate luncheon on March 13. The extra $50,000 pledged by the Chicago Hadassah over its annual offering is to be raised at the luncheon. Every one who attends will contribute $50.
