Judge Charles Russell today delayed until January 29 a hearing on the sentencing of John Patler. Nazi stormtrooper convicted of murdering George Lincoln Rockwell. An Arlington County circuit court jury found Patler guilty Saturday and recommended a 20-year sentence. The judge, under Virginia law, can impose the sentence, reduce it, or set it aside for cause, but he cannot increase the term.
