ruth Association will meet this afternoon in the chambers of Judge Otto A. Rosalsky in the Criminal Courts Building in another attempt at reconciliation. A meeting last Wednesday night at the Broadway Central Hotel failed to result in agreement.
It is the decision of Judge Rosalsky, the Mayor’s mediator in poultry difficulties, which is the storm-center of the struggle between the rabbis and the market men. The provisions for leg-bands and supervision were contained in a decree which Judge Rosalsky handed down in settlement of a threatened shochtim strike.
