Representatives of the A. L. A. Schechter Poultry Corporation and the Schechter Live Poultry Market will appear in the United States District Court, Eastern District, Brooklyn, this morning to stand trial for violations of the live poultry code.
Named in the indictment are Joseph, Martin, Alex and Aaron Schechter. Leroy Peterson, supervisor of the live poultry code, will be in court.
