Dr. Emil Kafka, president of the Prague Jewish Community, will visit London and Paris to consult with Jewish leaders on ways of helping Jewish welfare institutions in the “protectorate,” it was reported today from Prague. Meanwhile, it was learned, the Gestapo has permitted opening of a Jewish Community kitchen in Prague. The kitchen will supply 500 dinners daily.
