The resolution calls upon the population to buy from Czechs only under the slogan of “Buy from your own people.”
The resolution was adopted despite the opposition of the Jews and the Communists.
The resolution was adopted despite the intervention of a Zionist member of the Municipal Council who pointed out its boycott implications.
It is expected that posters and hand bills will shortly appear with municipal sanction urging the population not to buy from the Jews.
