Premier Menachem Begin is determined to go ahead with his scheduled visit to the United States next month despite suggestions that he postpone his trip until the U.S. resumes deliveries of the F-15s and F-16s that had been due for delivery, it was learned here Wednesday. Begin, who is vacationing this week, is scheduled to leave for the U.S. Sept. 8. He will be accompanied by Foreign Minister Yitzhak Shamir, Defense Minister Ariel Sharon, and Deputy Premier Yosef Burg in his capactity as chairman of the ministerial committee on autonomy. The Israeli officials will be meeting with President Reagan, and other high officials in the State Department and the Defense Department.
