Premier Shimon Peres met discreetly last weekend in Paris with the President of Sri Lanka, Israel Radio reported Monday. The two leaders reportedly discussed joint projects in Sri Lanka, and the possibility of developing full diplomatic relations. An Israeli diplomat now represents Israel in Colombo, operating from the American Embassy.
