Premier Yitzhak Rabin of Israel, who is scheduled to meet with President Ford and Secretary of State Henry A, Kissinger June 11-12, will be the guest of honor at a National Tribute in New York City on Saturday evening, June 14, under the auspices of the Israel Bond Organization, it was announced Monday by Sam Rothberg, general chairman. This will be Rabin’s only major public appearance in New York in behalf of a Jewish organization during his forthcoming visit to the United States.
