Jewish victims of Nazism are to receive a final payment of about DM 600 million from West Germany, the Bonn government spokesman, Klaus Boelling, said in a statement that followed a meeting Thursday night between Chancellor Helmut Schmidt and the floor leaders of the three Bundestag parties. Boelling said the payment would be made to persecutees who could not claim reparation under existing legislation. The DM 600 million would be paid in six annual installments, probably to the Jewish Claims Conference.
