President Chaim Herzog of Israel will begin his visit to West Germany on April 6 at the site of the Bergen-Belsen concentration camp, which he helped liberate as an officer in the British army during the final stages of World War II. The Irish-born Herzog will be accompanied by President Richard von Weizsaecker of the Federal Republic throughout his four-day state visit. On the evening of April 6, Herzog will host a dinner for leaders of all political and social groups in West Germany.
