President Clinton and Palestinian Authority Chairman Yasser Arafat are planning a meeting to discuss the Middle East peace process, according to a senior Palestinian negotiator. Saeb Erekat said the meeting would take place in late March or early April. He added that Palestinian negotiators would be traveling to Washington for a Jan. 24 meeting with U.S. officials.
