President Clinton is “eager as a kid with a new toy” to meet with Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak. Expressing the belief that U.S.-Israel relations would improve following the new premier’s election, Clinton also told a Democratic fund-raiser Tuesday in Miami Beach, “I hope that we can begin to energize the peace process on terms that are just and fair.”
