President Clinton pledged continued support on questions of restitution of Holocaust-era claims. Clinton’s comments came in a meeting with World Jewish Congress President Edgar Bronfman in Moscow, where Clinton completed a summit with Russian President Boris Yeltsin. The last time Clinton and Bronfman met was at the White House in 1996, when Bronfman asked the U.S. president to press the inquiry into European nations’ World War II financial dealings.
