President Coolidge received Dr. William Filderman of Bucharest, Roumania, yesterday. Dr. Filderman was accompanied by a committee of the United Roumnian Jews of America consisting of Leo Wolfson, president; Edward Herbert, vice-president; Herman Speier, secretary, and Solomon Sufrin.
They also called on Mr. Djuvara at the Roumanian Legation.
The delegation was also received by Justice Louis D. Brandeis.
Mrs. Mathilda Enelow, mother of Rabbi H. G. Enelow of Temple Emanu-El. New York, died in Chicago on Sunday. Two other sons, Ben F. and Max, and two daughters, Helen and Mrs. Lena E. Mann, survive.
