President Daniel Oduber Quiros of Costa Rica was welcomed Monday at the start of an official visit by President Ephraim Katzir, Premier Yitzhak Rabin and Mayor Teddy Kollek, Katzir and Oduber both stressed the close ties linking their two countries. During his visit Oduber is scheduled to address the Knesset–an honor reserved for visiting heads of state.
