Prime Minister David Ben-Gurion was reported here today having received a letter from President John F. Kennedy. The contents were not disclosed, but it was understood they were being carefully studied by the Prime Minister’s office as well as by the Foreign Ministry. The letter is understood to deal, among other things, with Israel’s scientific developments.
