Pierre Wigny, the Belgian Justice Minister, made a special visit today to the Consisteire Central Israelite de Belgique to present its president, Paul Philippson, with the award of the Order of Leopold.
The award was made in appreciation for his efforts in Jewish religious and social institutions with which he has been associated. The personal participation of the Justice Minister was considered an unusual supplementary honor.
