Israel’s “valiant stand and great achievements against tremendous odds” were praised here today by President Manuel Prado at an impressive ceremony at which he formally received the credentials of Israel’s Ambassador to this country, Tuvia Arazi. Hundreds lined the square in front of the Presidential palace, cheering Mr. Arazi as he arrived at the Palace in the President’s State coach.
