President Yitzhak Navon of Israel will address more than 3000 leaders of North American Jewry at the 47th General Assembly of the Council of Jewish Federations which is being held Nov.8-12 in San Francisco. Appearing in his first official visit to the U.S., Navon will speak at the GA plenary session Saturday, Nov.II, 9:15 p.m., at the Fairmont Hotel. Simcha Dinitz, Israel’s Ambassador to the U.S., in a farewell appearance before he returns to Israel, will also speak at the session.
