Declaring himself “fascinated” by what he saw in Israel, Sweden’s Prime Minister, Tage Erlander, left for home today after a week’s State visit.

He told the press prior to his departure that, while no specific political or economic problems were discussed during his conferences here with Israeli leaders, including several talks with Prime Minister David Ben-Gurion, he hoped that his visit will stimulate the expanding Israel-Swedish relations.

The Swedish statesman invited Mr. Ben-Gurion to visit Sweden, and expressed the hope that the Israeli Prime Minister would find it possible to accept the invitation this year.
