A Mexican pro-Palestine Committee was formed here today as a result of the visit of Louis Lipsky and Emanuel Neumann, the two American Zionist leaders who discussed Palestine problems with leading non-Jewish personalities, including foreign diplomats.
The newly created pro-Palestine Committee is composed of Mexican statesmen, parliamentarians and intellectuals. A farewell banquet was given to the American guests by Jewish groups here. The departing Zionist leaders expressed their satisfaction with the result of their visit to Mexico in behalf of the Keren Hayesod headquarters in Jerusalem and emphasized their conviction that the Keren Hayesod campaign will be carried out successfully.
