The productivity and efficiency of Arab farmers on the West Bank is increasing as a result of assistance rendered by the Israeli Agricultural Ministry, a Ministry official said here today. The Ministry has introduced new methods and farming and new crops. According to Assael Ben David, the productivity of West Bank farmers has gone up by 24 percent during the past year and their income has increased by 25-30 percent.
