The leading German physicists and scientific leaders today participated in a memorial meeting for the late Professor Albert A. Michelson at Harnack House. Professor Albert Einstein, whose scientific achievements are based on the experiments of his great contemporary, eulogized Dr. Michelson’s scientific and artistic contributions. Dr. Michelson was born in Posen which was once German territory.
