Prof. Jones to Lecture on American Culture at Hebrew University

Professor Howard Mumford Jones of Harvard University has been named visiting lecturer in American Culture and Civilization at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, in the chair established by the late Samuel Paley of Philadelphia. This was announced today by Lionel R. Bauman, president of the American friends of the Hebrew University. The two previous Samuel Paley Lecturers at the Hebrew University were the late American poet Robert Frost and Dr. Robert M. Hutchins, president of the Center for the today of Democratic Institutions.
