Dr. Leon Blum, a professor at the University of Strasbourg and a former general of inspection in the French medical corps, died yesterday at the age of 52. He was the son of Rabbi Felix Blum. Professor Blum, who was decorated with the Legion of Honor, was a well-known Talmudic student.
