Protessor Moeller of the faculty of law of the University of Berlin whose anti-Semitic agitation in the law school attracted wide attention in the capital was suspended from his post when disciplinary proceedings were started against him by an order of the Prussian Minister of Education.

It was stated that Professor Moeller will not return to his position.
