Prof. Moses A. Kroll, well known Jewish economist and sociologist has died in Nice, France, at the age of 80, according to information reaching here today. Kroll was exiled to Siberia by the Czarist Government when he was 24 years old. After serving a term of eight years, he remained there for some time making explorations for the Imperial Russian Geographical Society. After the Revolution, he went to Paris where he was active in Jewish affairs. He was considered an expert on Jewish settlement in Siberia.
