A pension plan similar to that in effect for Reform rabbis has been put into effect for professional executive secretaries serving Reform congregations in the United States and Canada, it was announced here today by Max Feder, president of the National Association of Temple Secretaries. The Association is an affiliate of the Union of American Hebrew Congregations.
