Felix M. Warburg, Sam A. Lewisohn, Arthur Lehman and Dr. Cyrus Adler, in behalf of the officers and directors of the Palestine Exploration Society, will give a dinner tonight at the City Club to Professor John Garstang of the Institute of Archaeology of the University of Liverpool and formerly head of the Department of Antiquities of the Government of Palestine. Professor Garstang will deliver an address on the significance of excavations in Palestine.
The officers of the Society are Elisha M. Friedman, Chairman, Dr. David de Sola Pool, vice chairman, Arthur L. Malkenson, Treasurer, Rabbi J. Max Weis, Secretary.
